2.1 Information you provide

• Account data — email address, display name, hashed password when you register.
• Agent inputs — text prompts and images you submit when running an agent.
• Subscription preferences — delivery timezone, hour, genres, language, or other agent-specific config you enter.
• Payment data — handled directly by Lemon Squeezy; we only receive order IDs and amounts. We never store your card details.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage logs — agent runs, timestamps, output types, credit balances.
• Session data — browser type, IP address, and referral URL collected for security and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver and improve the Service, including AI agent outputs.
• Send subscription deliveries and transactional emails (receipts, verification, password resets).
• Detect fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Analyse aggregate, anonymised usage to improve our agents and platform.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. AI Processing

Inputs you submit to agents are sent to AWS Bedrock (Amazon Web Services) for processing. AWS processes this data to generate responses. Please do not submit sensitive personal information (e.g. health records, financial account numbers) as agent inputs.

AI-generated outputs are stored temporarily to display results and are not used to train third-party models without your explicit consent.

5. Email Communications

We send emails from happy@findusefulagents.com. These include:

• Transactional — account verification, password resets, purchase receipts.
• Subscription deliveries — agent outputs delivered on your chosen schedule.

You can stop subscription emails at any time by cancelling your subscription from account settings.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use minimal, essential cookies for authentication (JWT tokens in localStorage) and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

7. Third-Party Services

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them if you have concerns about their data practices.

8. Data Retention

• Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
• Agent run logs are retained for up to 90 days.
• Subscription delivery history is retained for 12 months.
• On account deletion, your personal data is purged within 30 days.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate personal data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to certain types of processing.

10. Children's Privacy
