1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FindUsefulAgents ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FindUsefulAgents is an AI agent marketplace that allows users to interact with first-party AI agents powered by AWS Bedrock. Agents accept text or images as inputs and return generated text or images as outputs.

Some agents are available as recurring subscriptions that deliver content via email on a scheduled basis (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly).

3. Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments & Credits

FindUsefulAgents uses a credit system. Credits are purchased through Lemon Squeezy and are consumed when running paid agents. All purchases are final — credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Subscription plans are billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent.
• Violate any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the platform.
• Use the Service for automated scraping or bulk data collection without written permission.
• Generate sexual content involving minors.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. AI-Generated Content

Outputs generated by AI agents are provided as-is and may contain inaccuracies. FindUsefulAgents does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for how you use or act upon the outputs.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any inputs you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of delivering the Service. AI-generated outputs are provided to you for personal or commercial use, subject to the licences of the underlying models.

The FindUsefulAgents brand, interface design, and proprietary technology are owned by us and may not be reproduced without written consent.

8. Email Communications

When you subscribe to an agent, you consent to receiving automated email deliveries from happy@findusefulagents.com. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

We may also send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, verification links). You cannot opt out of transactional emails while maintaining an account.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindUsefulAgents disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FindUsefulAgents operates. Disputes shall be resolved in competent courts of that jurisdiction.
